1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TwiSoul ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. About TwiSoul

TwiSoul is an invite-only, curated matchmaking platform operated by its founding team (collectively, "the Operators"), individuals based in India. TwiSoul is not a registered company at this time. References to "TwiSoul," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the Platform and the Operators collectively.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use TwiSoul.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
  • TwiSoul is invite-only. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

4. Account and Access

Access is provided through passwordless magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. You must not share sign-in links or allow unauthorised access to your account.

5. How TwiSoul Works

Profiles are curated and assigned by administrators. You receive candidate profiles and have a limited time window to respond. Mutual interest creates a match. Once both parties confirm, contact information (WhatsApp number) is revealed. TwiSoul does not guarantee any specific number of matches or outcomes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Harass, stalk, or threaten any other user.
  • Share another user's personal information without their consent.
  • Use automated means to access the Platform or collect data.
  • Create multiple accounts.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant TwiSoul a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use your content solely for operating the Platform. This licence ends when you delete your account or remove the content. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Assumption of Risk

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USING A MATCHMAKING PLATFORM INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE RISK OF INTERACTIONS WITH PERSONS WHO MAY BE MISREPRESENTING THEMSELVES. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ANY INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. TWISOUL IS A PLATFORM THAT FACILITATES INTRODUCTIONS ONLY — WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY INTERACTIONS, MEETINGS, OR RELATIONSHIPS THAT RESULT FROM USING THE PLATFORM.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user's profile, photos, identity, or claims.
  • We do not conduct background checks, criminal record verifications, or identity verification of any kind beyond email confirmation.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the behaviour, intentions, compatibility, or character of any user.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

10. Release of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU RELEASE TWISOUL, THE OPERATORS, AND THEIR AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH:

  • Any interactions, communications, meetings, or relationships with other users, whether on or off the Platform.
  • Any disputes between you and any other user.
  • Any conduct of any other user, including but not limited to harmful, offensive, deceptive, or illegal conduct.
  • Any loss, damage, injury, or harm of any kind arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on information obtained through it.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TWISOUL, THE OPERATORS, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 1,000).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TwiSoul, the Operators, and their affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your interactions with other users, your violation of these Terms, any content you submit, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or any other legitimate reason. You may request account deletion by emailing us. Sections 8 through 12 and 15 through 17 survive termination.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Limitation Period for Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of TwiSoul must be filed within six (6) months of the date the cause of action arose, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary. Any claim not filed within this period is permanently barred.

16. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, they shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in India, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Operators. The language of arbitration shall be English. The costs of arbitration shall be borne by the party that initiates it. Nothing in this section restricts your right to approach any Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000:
